We handle every request with dignity and discretion. Submitting this form does not guarantee assistance, but it helps us understand needs and follow up when support is available.

We currently serve clients in the Macon-Warner Robins, Georgia area.  If you are outside this area, feel free to join our waitlist.

• Priority is given to children and families experiencing financial hardship.

• Residents in the local community/service area of Houston, Bibb and Peach Co.

• Willing to provide basic personal verification (if selected)
